		9 Jul 1874, Chancery case of Stuart Taylor's admr. vs.
Stuart Taylor's heirs.  W. F. Johnston ptf. admr. of Stuart Taylor
deceased.  Sold 9 Jul 1874, 270 Acre 52 poles, tract known as the
Stuart Taylor home tract to Mrs. Martha E. Taylor;  4 Nov 1874, M.
E. Taylor, sold to Jno. A. and L. T. Tolley, she died Jan 1875
before the terms of the sale were complete.  11 Mar 1875, J. A.
Tolley and L. T. Tolley filed decree & Court allowed them to
substitute their bonds for those of Martha E. Taylor and to refund
her personal representative.
		11 Mar 1881- W. F. Johnston Commissioner, conveys above
tract to John A. and L. Taylor Tolley, they paid the money and
requested the deed be made to William M. and Joseph F. Tolley.
		The tract adjoined Frederick Snider, A. P. Tolley and
others.  At the foot of North Mountain, adjoining J. H. Shaner, Jno.
Mohler.
