Deed Book PP, p. 147 and Deed Book SS, p. 10 for source of title to Samuel A. Adair. Will Book 29, p. 284- Will of Samuel Adair, father of Samuel A. Adair. Other 1/2 interest in those two deeds to his daughter Florence M. Adair. Florence M. Adair died intestate prior to 1907. Her heirs were brothers Samuel A., James L. and John G., each received 1/3 in 1/2 of her Real Estate. The other half herein conveyed already vested in Samuel A. Adair. Deed Book 101. p. 279- John G. Adair to Samuel A. Adair. Deed Book 101, p. 378- James L. Adair to Samuel A. Adair. Will of Samuel A. Adair probated 4 Oct 1920 (Will Book 40, p. 412) devises to Bessie May Adair and J. Clyde Mohler. Signed: Bessie M. Adair J. Clyde Mohler Mildred P. Mohler Deed Book 101, p. 378 calls this the John Adair homestead.
