The Board of Pension Commissioners of Rockbridge County having made their report to the Court as required by law, containing the names of such pensioners as have died during the past year, and the names of such as should be dropped from the Pension Rolls of said County for other legal cause. And it appearing from said report that the following named pensioners have died during the past year and that their names should be dropped from the Pension Rolls of the State of Virginia. M.- Longwood Wells, Jas. H.- Glasgow UNDER THE ACT OF 1902 --------------------- Brown, R. H. Glasgow Cash, J. C. Greenlee Hayslett, William Sr Collierstown Moore, Margaret " Moore, S. H. Buena Vista Rhea, Lavenia Lexington Watkins, Geo. W. Longwood And it further appearing from said report that Geo. D. Dixon, Murat, Va. is now an inmate of the Soldier's Home, Richmond, Va. and that his name should be dropped from the pension rolls. And it further appearing from information furnished the Board that Frank Markli and John A. Harrah, whose names are now on the Pension Rolls are not entitled to pensions for the reason that their records as soldiers are not such as to entitle them to the aid of the State as soldiers. It si ordered that all of such names be stricken from the Pension Rolls of the State of Virginia. The Clerk of the Court will enter this order in the Common Law Order Book, and certify a copy thereof, under the seal of the Court, to the Auditor of Public Accounts. Henry W.
