Plott, 69, of Omar died this morning in a local hospital following an illness brought on by old age. He had been ill for nearly a year, working when he was able as a machinist in the shops of the West Virginia Coal and Coke Corporation. Funeral services will be conducted by Reverend J.L. McLean tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at Omar. The body will be taken to Goshen, Va. for burial Saturday. The Harris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Surviving the deceased are his widow, Alice Dudley and eight children. They are Mrs. Alex White, Mrs. A.C. Johnson, Mrs. J.C. Johnson, Mrs. Gene Myers, and Wallace, Kenneth, Chester, and James Plott.
