Witness our hands and seals this 6th day of February 1836. THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS such, that whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound James Sprouse and Naomi Taylor daughter of Larkin Taylor Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct the said marriage, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
