     I HEREBY CERTIFY, That the following is a correct Statement of a Marriage

     The Clerks of the County Courts will furnish Ministers and others with
these Blanks when they may need them.
     This Certificate must be returned to the Clerk's office by the person
performing the marriage ceremony, within two months after the marriage.
