To his daughter Susannah Wilhelm, his plantation on which she now lives, her husband is Michael Wilhelm. At her decease the plantation is to be divided among her eight children. Granddaughter Polly Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson Adam Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson William Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson John Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson Andrew Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson Henry Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandson Jacob Wilhelm to receive 1/8, grandaughter Margaret Wilhelm to receive 1/8. To neice Susannah Unroe, one bureau, one side saddle, two beds and bedsteads, 6 quilts, 7, blankets, 3 coverlets, one chest, and balance of furniture belonging to said beds, the one side saddle is the new one. Also to Dau. Susannah Wilhelm, $20.00 to be paid as soon as moneys are collected after my decease. Son George Unroe and William Armentrout were executors. This will was produced and proven December 6, 1841. William Armentrout refused to be executor. Will Book 9, page 130. Jacob Unroe's will. He willed that his family be kept together and all the property be left as is for for year after his decease. To his wife Catherine, 1/3 of the estate both real and personal, as long as she lives. To son John Unroe, a mare that is his at all times. To son Jacob Unroe, grey filly if he stays with the family until age 21. The plantation is to remain as is for the purpose of raising the children, until his youngest child is 15 years of age. Then it is to be divided among the children in equal shares. Adam Unroe was the administrator George Unroe's estate, it was sold by Adam, March 20, 1869. Will Book 18, page 469, and Will Book 18, page 527. Assesment of George Unroe's estate. Personal Property value $1423.03 Bond value $912.33 Widows produce set aside, $291.15 Other personal property $270.50 Total Value $3298.62, March 1, 1867. Will Book 18, page 518. Adam Unroe was elected to Township of Buffalo as a Road Commisioner for one year, May 23, 1871. Will Book 20, page 28. Elizabeth Unroe's estate was appraised at $32.00, the sale brought $34.70, May 27, 1886, Adam Unroe bought most of the estate and W. Ford bought some of it. Will Book 25, page 383. Sallie Unroe had a claim of $19.41 against the estate of Elizabeth Unroe from July 1, 1886 to May 1, 1887. Will Book 26, page 182. Margaret Jane and Martha Ann Unroe were to be bound to Henry Unroe as guardian on January 4, 1875, they were infant heirs of Henry Unroe. Will Book 21, page 245.
