Andrew Agner's Will

To son George W. Agner- Edmondson farm with all personal property. 
Son George W. Agner- Mill property with all personal property in
trust for benefit of my wife and children who shall  remain together
during natural life of my wife. At death of my wife, son G. W. Agner 
to sell mill property and pay my son William S. Agner $200.00.  
Son David B. Agner $200.00, but if said David B. Agner dies before
his mother  then divide between my other five children.
John T. Agner, Nettie H. Anderson, Lucinda A. Agner, Louisa Agner,
and Annie Agner, all residue arising from sale of mill property.
Son George W. Agner, at death of my wife, all household furniture
and a tract of land near the House Mountain, but he is to allow my
sister to occupy and enjoy this land during her natural life.
