estate to be rented out, provided she dismisses Ollie Lowman from
her keeping within two days of will being recorded.  If she  does
not  comply, proceeds to be distributed to children of Samuel  R.
Green, dec'd. and Elizabeth J. Ayers.  After her death,  property
to  be  rented, proceeds to children until youngest  reaches  21,
when they get property.   Sister of James is Elizabeth J.  Ayers.
Isa Stewart Ayers to receive gun.  Estate not to exceed  $750.00.
