Rockbridge County, VA Will Book  33, p. 51.

     Carolina S. Tolley's Will, made 25 Apr 1905, proven 13 Feb 1905;
Husband James D. Tolley to pay all debts, son R.C. Tolley, 1 black
mare named Fly, 1 good cow; daughter Bessie Florence Tolley, 1 horse
worth at least $100.00, and 1 black 2 year old heifer named Daisy;
son D.I. Tolley, one 2 year old black colt called Buich, and 1 good
cow.  All personal estate to husband James D. Tolley.  To son R. C.
Tolley tract of land called the Garland Place, 3 miles North of
Lexington, 190 acres.  Husband James D. Tolley, 110 acres to pass to
my 2 children Bessie Florence and D.I. Tolley.
