Part of the tract whereon he lives that he has sold to John Baker containing twenty acres and bounded as follows to wit beginning south of a white oak 20 Link which is allowed for a part of the publick road and running hence across his tract S89 degrees36 East 112 poles to two white oaks by a hickory on the outside of his fence. S7E60 poles to f2 white oaks and black Thence East 3 poles to a Black Oak on his patant line Thence with the lines thereof NiW72 poles to three white oaks patent corner also a corner of Saml Bakers land and with his lines N75 3/4 west 80 1/2 poles to white and black oaks--- Hence S76 1/2 W 31 1/2 poles to a Hickory thence S 30W 27 poles to the beginning.
