Moore, Jr. of the first part, and Richard S. Boulware of the second part, all of this County of Orange and State of Virginia, witnesseth that the said William C. Moore, Jr., for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twelve dollars to him wherefore at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and ----- these presents doth grant, bargain and sell unto the said Richard S. Boulware, his heirs and ----- forever all his the said Moore's rights, title, claim and interest in and to the estate of his father Thomas Moore, late of the said County of Orange, said interest consist of three Negroes, to wit, Betty, Jude and Reuben are held as dower ----- by his mother Elizabeth Verdier?? out of the estate of his father the said Thomas Moore~And the said William C. Moore for himself his heirs to the said interest hereby conveyed or intended hereby to be conveyed when the said Richard S. Boulware will forever warrant and defend against the claim or claims of all persons whatever. And the said William C. Moore, Jr. for values received doth hereby further bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Richard S. Boulware all his estate of whatever nature or kind which he may possess and all debts due or to become due. The said estate consists about five bushels of potatoes ----- --- In testimony whereof this said William C.
