EVANS ARTICLE: Hazel Blair Evans, 90, Camelot Health and Rehabilitation Center, Harrisonburg, died Sept. 17, 1995, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, where she was admitted Tuesday. She had been at Camelot since Jan. 19. Mrs. Evans was born March 25, 1905, in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late William and Sallie Miller Fultz. She was a homemaker and had lived her entire life in the Harrisonburg community. She was a member of the Harrisonburg Baptist Church, On May 8, 1920, she married Warren Allen Evans, Sr., who die d July 14, 1977. Survivors include four sons, Warren Evans Jr. and Donald S. Evans, both of Harrisonburg, Fred N. Evans, Bridgewater, and Thomas Evans, Woodbridge; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. The Rev. Thomas L. Reynolds Jr. will conduct a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the McMullen Funeral Home, Route 10, Harrisonburg. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
