Gangwer, aged 75, a former resident of the Mt. Crawford community, died at noon yesterday at a Staunton hopital where she was a patient only three days. MRs. Gangwer had been making her home with her son, John Gangwer, near Singers Glen, for the past two years. She had been in ill health for some time and her condition became critical only a few days before her death. Mr. Gangwer died 11 years ago. She was a member of the Bridgewater Presbyterian church for many years. Besides her son, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary Fultz, of Franklin, W. Va., and Mrs. Gernie Halterman, of Bridgewater. Funeral services will be held from the Bridgewater Presbyterian church Wednesday at 2:30. Dr. D. L. Beard, of Franklin, will officiate. Nephews will act as pallbearers.
