Wife of Wm. H. Hasler, and Daughter of Cyrus Wise, Dec’d. ARTICLE: The funeral of Mrs. Amanda E. Hasler, wife of William H. Hasler, whose death occurred last Friday, was held Sunday morning at 11 o’clock from Trinity Lutheran church by Rev. J. W. Hausenfluck, her pastor. The services were attended by a large concourse of relatives and friends. Mrs. Hasler had been suffering with cancer for several years and had been confined to her bed for six months. Her death occurred about noon Friday. Before her marriage to Mr. Hasler, she was a Miss Wise, a daughter of Cyrus Wise, of the Paulington neighborhood. Her age was 48 years, 11 months, and six days. She had been a member of the Lutheran church for over thirty years and was a woman of exemplary character. Surviving her are her husband, one son, Elmer C. Hasler and Miss Bertie V. Hasler, both of whom reside at home; also, a brother, J. B. Wise, of near Washington, D. C. and a sister, Miss Virginia Wise, of Paulington.
