ARTICLE: Miss Bettie Charlton the 17 year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Charlton, died Saturday at the home of her parents on Effinger street from consumption. Besides her parents, she is survived by a brother, Floyd Charlton, who works at Woodson & Albert’s livery stables and one little sister four or five years old. The funeral will take place this afternoon from the residence at 2 o’clock.
