Mrs Phillips was born,Charity May Reedy on June 8,1928 in Louisa,Virginia but 
lived most of her life in Rockingham County. 
Mrs Phillips is survived by her husband, two sona and one sister, along with 8 
grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
She was a member of the Mount Valley United Methodist Church, which is where 
the Rev Charles W Clinedinst will conduct the funeral service and her burial 
will be in the church cemetery on April 21,1993.
