I give, devise, and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say: I order and direct that all my just debts shall be paid with convencient (sic) speed. I give to each of my children Malinda Nighting, Sarah Breedon, Virnida Meadows, Stacy McDaniel and William L. McDaniel, one dollar. I give unto Margaret Jane and Mary Ann all the balance of my real and personal property for their own use as long as they live, but they, Margaret Jane and Mary Ann shall allow my grandson Zachariah Newton McDaniel the use of the stock, farming implements and the land to farm provided he takes care of and provides for them in manner to keep them comfortable as long as they both live, and at their decease it is my will that Zachariah Newton McDaniel shall have the whole of my real and personal property.
