Pension Application Of 1902.
Thomas Henry King was born in Montgomery County, Va. He joined the Confederate 
Army 1861. He was captured at the battle of Spotsylvania Courthouse, Va., May 
12, 1864. Sent to Point Lookout, Md. (prison for Confederates) thenm to Elmira, 
N. Y. When General Lee suirrendered to Grant April 9, 1865, Thomas was parolled 
July 1865. Had to walk home 300 miles. He is buried (1917) in Lebanon, Russell
County, Va.
