Jordan LEBANON -- Jean Robinson Jordan, 62, of Route 2 died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003, in Russell County Medical Center. Born Dec. 2, 1941, in Honolulu, Hawaii, a daughter of Stanley (Pete) Robinson and the late Betty Silva Robinson, she was the widow of Raymond L. Jordan. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her father, she is survived by four daughters, Judi C. Gemmell and her fiance, Steven Sandlin, Vickie L. Jordan, Boo and husband, David Gilmer, and Sandy (Sam) Campbell, all of Lebanon; one son, Roy Steven Jordan and wife, Donna, of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Chafin of Bristol Tennessee, and Geraldine Phelps of Abingdon; two brothers, Bob Robinson of Abingdon and Dave Robinson of Lebanon; also several nieces and nephews. The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Ernest Henry, Lebanon Dialysis, Highlands Ambulance Service and Melissa Hughes for the care shown to Jean. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, 2003, in Combs Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Rick Meade officiating. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The staff of Highlands Ambulance Service will serve the family as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at the funeral home.
