Lowe ST. PAUL, Va. -- Winnie "Topsey" Dickenson Lowe, 78, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon, Va. She was born in Castlewood, daughter of the late James Cutler and Margaret Amos Steffey. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lindsey E. Dickenson; and her second husband, Garland R. Lowe. She was a member of First Baptist Church in St. Paul. She is survived by three daughters, Judy C. Butler, Jonesborough, Tenn., Betty N. Bradley, Knoxville and M. Faye Kilgore, Dryden, Va.; two sons, Wayne Dickenson, Castlewood and Glenn Dickenson, Rogersville; one sister, Letha Steffey of Castlewood; one brother, Lincoln Steffey of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Lindsey Dickenson, Clinton Kilgore, Sheena Bush and Keith Bradley; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at 8 p.m. with Rev. Mike Moore officiating. Committal services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, in Chapel of Love Mausoleum, Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Va. The family will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 12:30 p.m. Friday. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
