She was born in Abingdon. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jaylene Robinson, maternal great-grandparents, Lloyd and Madora Robinson, and paternal great-grandparents, Curtis and Belva Green and Allen Holbrook and Sophia Blackmon Phillips. She is survived by her father and mother, Lonnie and Sherry Phillips; one brother, Tanner Creek Phillips of the home; one sister, Liberty Summer Phillips of the home; paternal grandparents, James and Twila Phillips of Castlewood, and maternal grandfather, Ray Robinson of Ohio. Funeral services for Chelsea Autumn Phillips will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, with the Rev. Everette Morefield officiating. Interment will be follow in Smith- Phillips Cemetery, in the Flats section of Castlewood. Pallbearers will be Marlow Phillips, Johnny Phillips, Jason Tressler Phillips and Lance Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Holbrook and Curt Mullins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, 2003, at Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood.
