Phillips ABINGDON -- Nannie M. Phillips, 80, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2002, at Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol Tennessee. She was born in Dickenson County, Va., daughter of the late Vince and Goldie Willis Mullins. She was a member of the Gravel Lick Old Regular Baptist Church, Castlewood for 48 years. She is survived by her husband, Lee L. Phillips; two sons, Ronald L. Phillips and wife Sallie of Glade Spring and Donald G. Phillips and wife Connie of Abingdon; two sisters, Ruth Stiltner of Bristol Virginia, and Sally Ratliff of Grundy; five grandchildren, Joy Dixon and husband, Randy, Don Phillips and wife, Michelle, Whitney Brooke Phillips, Andrea Donielle Phillips and Stasha Leigh Street; two great-grandchildren, Tyler Dixon and Cassidy Phillips; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, on Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, at 2 p.m. with Elder Ronnie Hensley, Elder Dave O'quinn and Elder Dallas Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Hill Park, Castlewood. Pallbearers will be Don Phillips, Randy Dixon, Larry Mullins, Bill Sykes, Bobby Large, Bill Mullins, Mike Mullins and Frank Willis. Honorary pallbearers will be Calvin Phillips, Fred Phillips, Gary Phillips, Frenchman Owens, Burt Seavers and Dr. Andrew Reinhart.
