Rasnake CLEVELAND, Va. -- Lora Agnes Rasnake, 83, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003, at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Lutishia Rasnake; one sister, Edith Earls; two brothers, Delmer and Carl Rasnake; one special niece, Debbie Bandy; and a special nephew, Ricky Johnson. She was of theBaptist faith. Survivors include two brothers, Hobert Ernest Rasnake of Tombstone, Ariz., and William R. Rasnick of Clintwood; one sister, Shirley Johnson of Cleveland, Va.; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Duane Musick officiating. Interment will follow at Ketron Memorial Garden, Lebanon. Pallbearers will be Raymond Colley, Donald Earls, Charlie Hankins, Michael Rasnake, Rusty Johnson, Jerry Johnson, Mike Skeen and Greg Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and employees of Grace Health Care. Family will receive friends Saturday from noon until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends may visit the home of her sister, Shirley Johnson at any time. Owens Funeral Service, Lebanon.
