Noah Donald Ratliff
    DAVENPORT, Va. -- Funeral services for Mr. Noah Donald Ratliff will be 
conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, 
with Rev. Giles Ball and Rev. Carson Powers officiating. Interment will follow 
in Ketron Memorial Gardens at Lebanon. 
    Pallbearers will be Andrew Blankenship, Martin Ratliff, Gary Barton, Harold 
Hackney, Greg Stevens, Jeff Stevens, Guy Tiller, Leck Ray, Ricky Boyd, Johnny 
White, Dempsey Church, Fred Rowe, Wesley Barton, Shawn Deel and Jason Jackson.
    Mr. Ratliff, 47, passed away Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at his home.
