Capt Miles Cary from the Committee of Elections and Priviledges Reported that ye Comittee had taken in their consideracon the severall Writts & returns to them Referred and had agreed upon diverse matters to be reported to ye house, which hee read in his place, and afterwards delivered the same in at the table, where being again read, they were agreed by the house, and thereupon resolved as followeth: Page 138.
