William Venable Carter, son of William and Mary E. Carter, departed this life 
April 7th. 1864, after two weeks illness, aged 6 months and 4 days.
William died in Washington, D.C.

Sarah Rebekah Carter, daughter of William and Mary E. Carter, departed this life 
December 25th. 1866, after 21 days illness, aged 11 months.
Sarah died in Philadelphia, Pa.

Mary E. Carter departed this life Friday morning, January 26th, 1906, aged 67 
years and 8 months, Washington, D.C.
