Funkhouser late Cath. Tisinger, some of the children & heirs of the said Peter Tisniger decd. be summoned to the next court to their cause (if any they can) why a male slave late the property of the said Peter Tisinger decd shall not be sold and the money divided among the heirs. It is ordered that publication be made against Wm. Bowman & Barbara his wife, late Barbara Tisinger & George Tisinger & heirs who reside without this Commonwealth. Teisinger vs. Teisinger heirs, having been duly Def and the on them in the state, and it apply to the Court that the Slave in the proceedings mentioned Cannot be divided among the heirs of the late Peter Teisinger, dcd. Whereupon It is adjudged & ordered by the Court that Sam Walton & Ebenezer Moulin be hereby appointed Commissioners to sell the said Slaves and after advertising the place of slaves, two weeks in the most public places in the Neighborhood -- one half the money paid in hand and the balance in 2 months taking bond and from the purchaser, and make report to the Court in order to a order.
