Funkhouser Cemetery Location: 2.5 miles Southwest of Maurertown, Virginia on Route # 600 Shenandoah County This cemetery is located on a hill above and at a little distance from the house of Mr. Hamy Bauserman, Mt. Jackson, Virginia. It is enclosed by a wire fence with raily and posts and iron gate. It is also known as the Ralphael Bauserman family cemetery. Ralphael Bauserman Jan. 1, 1837 – May 10, 1912 In Memory of Mary, Wife of Reuben Bauserman Born March 17, 1814 Died Dec. 27, 1886 Aged 72 yrs. 9 mos, 10 days “Sleep Lamb in Lamb Peace” In Memory of Reuben Bauserman Departed this life on the 27th day of February 1860 aged 59 years “And must this body die”
