Funkhouser Cemetery Location: 2 miles west of Thoms (Toms) Brook on Route #653 Shenandoah County A large country cemetery near Sand Ridge Lutheran Church, it is still called Keller Cemetery; it was formerly started as a private burying ground on the Keller farm, but later it was enlarged and used as a burying ground by the public. Many graves are unmarked. Sacred to the memory of Jacob Keller Born March 16, 1750 Died May 25, 1810 Aged 60 yrs. 2 mo. 9 days Catherine Consort of Jacob Keller Born Feb. 25, 1756 Died Dec. 29, 1806 Aged 50 yrs. 10 mo. 4 days Sacred to the Memory of George Keller son of Jacob and Catherine Keller Born March 26, 1782 and died May 20, 1843 Aged 61 yrs. 2 mo. 25 days In memory of Lawrence Keller Born Dec. 1786 died Aug. 4, 1851 Aged 65 yrs.
