Buford and whose pay was at 24 pounds per annum, was disabled by a wound to the left arm while in the service of The United States, and he is entitled to the sum of eight pounds yearly; which allowance accordingly made him, to commence on the first day of January 1786. Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond,this 23rd day of July 1787.
