Widow:Catharine

I do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that Catharine Williams, 
widow of Elisha  Williams who was a private in the Culpeper County Militia and 
died in the service of the United States is entitled to the sum of six pounds 
yearly to commence from the first day of January 1787.  Given under my hand as 
Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, 1786 this 5th day of 
March 1787.
