Vollmer, 87, widow of Robert Louis Vollmer, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, at Asbury Place in Wytheville. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Anne and Tom Voglewede of Marion; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lori Vollmer of Hartland, Mich.; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Robert Pepperney of Sykesville, Md.; three grandchildren, Annie Voglewede, Andrew Voglewede and Matthew Vollmer. A mass of resurrection will be celebrated Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at 11 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church with Father Paul Maier and Father Robert Krenik, the celebrants. Burial will follow at a later date in Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Mich. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John's Catholic Church Building Fund, 124 Park Blvd., Marion, Va. 24354. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com. The family will receive friends Monday, Feb. 14, 2005 from 10-10:30 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church where a Rosary will follow at 10:30 a.m. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service in Marion is in charge of arrangements. o
