Wilson CHILHOWIE -- Virgie Frances Keesee Wilson, 69, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, in Smyth County Community Hospital, Marion. She had worked in the Head Start program of Mt. Capp for more than 25 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Ernest Keesee; her mother, Lula Virginia Sessor Keesee; and one brother, Everett Eugene Keesee. Survivors include her husband, Eugene Marshall Wilson; three sons, Charles Marshall Wilson of Marion, Roger Allen Wilson and Harold David Wilson, both of Chilhowie; six daughters, Carol Jean Wilson and Alice Jane Ritchie, both of Abingdon, and Crickett McClure, Judy Diane Shores, Evelyn Sue Poston and Sandra Wilson Blevins, all of Marion; four brothers, Ernest Keesee of Arizona, Burton "Buddy" Keesee of Gate City, Tommy Keesee of Stauton, Va., and David Keesee of Chilhowie; three sisters, Patsy Brooks of Chilhowie, Norma Shuler of Saltville and Mary Curry of Marion; eighteen grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Hazelwood officiating. Burial will be in Moutain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Williams Funeral Home. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
