I Sarah Whitely being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament. (1) I require my just debts and funeral expense to be paid. (2) I will and devise to my brother George Whitely my undivided interest in the estate of Robert and James Whitely deeds, consisting in land alone. (3) I will and devise to Augustine S. Whitely one brown horse Colt which will be one year old next spring. (4) I will and devise to my brother Samuel Whitely and sisters Hannah Myers, Mary Gilliand and Julia Ann Reynolds one dollar each to be paid to them by executor. (5) I will and devise to Augustine S. Whitely and Jennie Ellen Whitely the residence of my estate consisting of household and kitchen furniture and one horse and one mule and two cows and one calf and eight heads of sheep and twenty one heads of hogs and all the grain on the farm of every kind all moneys on hand and all debts due me and any other goods of any description not herein named to be equally divided between them.
