In the name of God, Amen. I Catherine Whitely of the County of Smyth and State of Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in words and figures following that is to say Item the first. I give and bequeath to the children of my desired sister Hanah Myers, by sister Mary Giland and my sister, Julia Reynolds and my brother Samuel and my brother George and my brother Robert one dollar each to them and there heirs forever. Item the 2nd. I give and bequeath to my sister Sally and my brother Samuel Whitely all my property of every description to them and there heirs forever. They paying all my just debts and funeral expenses and what I have bequeathed in this will.
