PRETLOW Comssr Commissioners Office March the 1st 1860, To the County Court of Southampton County Your Commissioner reports to Court that Elizabeth RAIFORD Guardian of Martha E, Levi P, Susan, John Tyler and William Burgess RAIFORD, has exhibited before him a Statement of all moneys received by the said Guardian, or with which he [sic] had become chargeable or had disbursed during the periods embraced in the foregoing account, together with the Vouchers in support of the disbursements. That he finds a balance of $28.85 to be due by the said wards to the said Guardian with interest thereon from Decr. 31.th 1859- Your Commissioner would Specially State that the Guardian has spent the principal of her wards Estates in accordance with an Order of this Court, and made in 1858 and another in 1859, allowing her $15.00 annually Out of the principal of her wards Estates but this not being Sufficient for the due maintenance of the children, She has Spent more, and in this way their whole Estate has been Consumed. That the said Elizabeth RAIFORD was embraced in a list of Fiduciaries posted up at the front door of the Court house of Southampton County On the first day of February Court last, and Now On this day (ten days having elapsed Since the same was thus posted up) The foregoing account is Made up and Completed.
