Glover for & in consideration of the sum of Eighty pounds Current Money of Virginia to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Muntford The receipt whereof the said Wm. Glover doth hereby acknowledge he the said Wm. Glover hath Granted bargain'd & sold Aliened & Confirmd & by these presents grant Bargain and sell Alien & Confirm unto the said Joseph Muntford his heirs & assigns forever A Certain Tract or parcel of Land lying in the County of S.o amp ton on the South Side of the Cypress Swamp Near black water river begining at the main road on the swamp & runnig west to the head Line then East to a forked oak a Corner Tree then North to a red oak then East to a live oak then North to the Mouth of Jacks Branch then up the s.d swamp to the Begining the same being part of a Tract of Land Purchased of the Executors of Wm. Haynes Deceased by dead bearing date in March Last & also all Lands Trees Woods Under woods Tithes Commons Common of Pastures Profits Commodities Advantages hereditaments ways waters & appurtinances whatsoever to the said Messuage or Tenement & premises above mentioned belonging or in any wise appertaining & also the reversion [page break] [p.] 290) & reversions Remainder & remainders Rents & services of the said Premises and every part thereof To have & to hold the said Messuage or Tenement & all & Singular the said premises above mentioned & every part & parcel thereof with Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Muntfort his heirs & assigs forever & the said Wm.
