Glover & Patience his wife of the County of Nansemond of the one part & Joseph Mountford of the county of York of the other part Witnesseth that the sd. Wm. Glover for an[d] in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds Current money of Virginia to him in hand paid before the sealing & delivery of thesepresents the receipt whereof the sd. Wm. Glover Doth hereby acknowledge & himself fully satisfied contented & paid & thereof doth acquit and discharge the sd. Joseph Muntford his heirs Executors adm'ors & assigns forever & hath hereby granted bargained Sold enfeoff & Confirmd unto the sd. [blank] his heirs & assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of Land lying & being in the county of Southampton Bounded as followeth begining at the Road at the cypress Swamp so up the sd. Swamp to Bridget Joyners Line thence along his line to David Buns line along his line to the sd. Buns line to the sd. Joseph Muntfords Line along his Line to the first Station Containing by estimation two hundred & five Acres be the same more or less also the reversion & reversions remainder & Remainders To have & to hold the bargained premises with all & Singular its rights member Juridictions so that the sd. Joseph Muntford may peaceably & quietly enjoy the bargain'd Premises without Interruption or incombrance of him the said Wm.
