Britt of the County of Southam.n & Beasant Britt of the aforesd. county of the other part Witnesseth that the sd. Benja. Britt for & in consideration of the Sum of the £30 currant money of Virga. to him in hand paid by the sd. Beasant Britt at or before the Sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Benja. Britt doth hereby acknowledge himself therewith to be fully Satisfied & paid and thereof doth clearly acquit & discharge the said Beasant Britt his heirs Ex'ors & Adm'ors forever by these Presents hath given granted bargain'd Sold Enfeoff'd & confirm'd and by these Presents doth give grant bargain sell Enfeoff & confirm unto the said Beasant Britt his heirs & assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of land containing by Estimation 43 Acres be the Same more or less lying & being in the county of So.ton & is bounded as followeth Beginning at a white oak a line tree of West Tynes land from thence a line of mark'd trees to a branch of Josep[h] Wright line so up the said branch to the head and from thence a line of mark'd trees to a black Jack corner tree of West Tynes & Joseph Britts line so along a line of mark'd trees to a pine a corner tree of Josep[h] & Arrington Britts line & from thence a line of mark'd trees to the first Station with all houses Gardens fences woods underwoods water & water courses & with all Profits commodities advantages Emoluments & appurts whatsoever part & parcel thereof To have & to hold the said tract or parcel of land with all & Singular the Appurts. unto the said Beasant Britt his heirs & Assigns forever and the said Benja. Joseph Britt at or before the Sealing & delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the said Benja. It is not clear from the records how Britain BRITT became the acting executor [the Order Books are missing].
