and Considerac'ons but more especially for and in Considerac'on of the Sum' of 
five shillings of good and lawful mony for Our use paid to Our Receiver 
General of Our Revenues in this Our Colony and Dominion of Virginia 
We have given granted and Confirmed And by these presents for Us Our 
Heirs and Successors Do give grant and Confirm unto Edward Boykin Junr. __ 
of Isle of Wight County  One Certain Tract or Parcell of Land Containing ~

Thirty five Acres lying and being on the South Side of the Main Blackwater Swamp in _ 
the County aforesaid and bounded as followeth (towit)  Begining at a White Oak on 
the East side of Seacock Swamp a Line Tree of the Said Boykins other Land  Thence 
North Eighty Five degrees East Thirty Four Pole to a Pine  Then North Sixty degrees East 
Forty Three Pole to a red Oak  Then North Ninety Six pole to a White Oak  by a Main- 
=road Side  Then North Forty degrees West Thirty Two Pole to a Pine A Line Tree of 
the Said Boykins other Land and by his own Old Lines South Twenty degrees West 
One hundred and Fifty Four pole to the Begining  With all &c  To Have hold &c 
To be held &c  Yielding and paying &c  provided &c  In Witness &c  Witness Our Trusty
