     Samuel KELLO, administrator of William BAILEY, to Anselm B. URQUHART, 
        deed of bargain & sale, 71 acres, 7 Apr 1854 (17 Apr 1854) 


This Deed made this 7 day of April 1854, Between Samuel Kello 
admr. of William Bailey: decd. (who was trustee) of the one part and Anselm B. 
B. Urquhart of the other part:  Witnesseth, That in consideration of the sum 
of one hundred and fifteen Dollars  in hand paid to the said Samuel 
Kello by the said A.B. Urquhart, (who became the Purchaser under the 
trust sale) the said Samuel Kello  adm'r of William Bailey decd. doth 
grant unto the said Anselm B. Urquhart, a certain tenement, tract or parcel 
of Land conveyed by John Britt to William Bailey as trustee for the bene-
-fit of John Urquhart, Situate & lying in the County of Southampton  it being 
the same land which the said John Britt  bought at a sale  made under 
a Dcree of the Circuit Court of So.Ampton  formerly belonging to Joseph 
Britt decd.  and contains  by estimation  Seventy one acres  be it the  same 
more or less.  Witness the following  Signatures and Seal

Southampton County.  In the Clerk's office the 17th day of April 1854. 
This Deed of bargain & Sale from Samuel Kello admr. of Wm. Bailey 
to  Anselm B. Urquhart, was acknowledged  by the said Kello and admitted 
to record.
