STEPHENSON & Irvin GRIFFIN Deed of Trust This Deed made this 4.th day of Jany 1855, between Thomas J. LOWE of the one part and W.m R. STEPENSON, Trustee, of the other part, Witnesseth: that the said Thomas J. LOWE do grant unto the said W.m R. STEPHENSON trustee the following property, to wit: Two Beds & furniture, Two Tables, one Clock, Two Desk, Six head of hogs, one chest, Spinning wheel, cooking utensils &.c all of which is to secure the certain debts Irvin GRIFFIN and William G. STEPHENSON to the amount of twenty five Dollars now due any any other money that may become due the said GRIFFIN & STEPHENSON. Witness our hands and seals, this 4.th day of January 1855. Thomas J.
