KINDRED, for Benjamin B. KINDRED, deed of trust, real & personal property, Jerusalem, 1 May 1868 This Deed Made this first day of May, in the year one thousand eight hundred & Sixty eight, between Jno.J. Kindred, (Grantor) of the first part, David H. Kindred, (Trustee,) of the Second part, and Benjamin B. Kindred, of the Other part. Witnesseth, that whereas the Said Benj: B. Kindred is Security for the Said Jno.J. Kindred to a bond for the Sum of Six thousand dollars, payable to Joseph H. Barham, which Said bond is due and dated in the Month of May, A.D. 1866, and whereas the Said Jno.J. Kindred is desirous of Saving the Said Benj.B. Kindred from all loss in Consequence of Said Securityship, Now this Deed Witnesseth, that in consideration of the premises the Said Jno.J. Kindred doth grant and convey to the said David H. Kindred, the following property to wit; That house and Lot in Jerusalem, Situate and lying between Howard's Hotel and the Store House belonging to the Estate of F.J. Mahone deceased, Supposed to Contain two Acres, more or less, being the Same which was purchased by the Said Jno.J. Kindred of the heirs of the Said F.J. Mahone, in the year 1859, One Buggy & harness, one Cart and Wheels, one Waggon & harness, plows and all other farming implements; all of the Said Jno.J. Kindred's [page break] [p.] 376 house-hold & Kitchen furniture, four beds, bedsteads & furniture, Chairs, Tables, Bureaus, Side-boards, Safes, Crockery-ware, glass-ware, Silver-ware, iron-ware, together with all other household and Kitchen furniture, whether herein named Specilly or not; all of the Said Jno.J. Kindred's books, Law and Miscellaneous. of every Kind Whatsoever; all of his Office furniture of every Kind Whatever, book-Cases, Desk, Tables, Chairs, and every-thing else. In trust, to Secure the Said Benja.B.
