RAIFORD Deed of Bargain & Sale [margin note] Ex.d This Deed made this 7.th day of April One thousand eight hundred and seventy five (1875) between Elizabeth RAIFORD (Grantor) of the one part and Edwin W. RAIFORD (Grantee) of the other part, Witnesseth: that in Consideration of the sum of Three hundred and ten dollars ($310.) the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Elizabeth RAIFORD does hereby grant and sell to the said Edwin W. RAIFORD all of her right, title and interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land purchased by the said Elizabeth RAIFORD ["and" struck out] of William HEADPETH, Containing one hundred and twenty three and one third acres, (123 1/3) More or less, bounded on the north by Round Hill swamp, on the South by the lands of Wilbonn HEADPETH, on the East by the lands of Edwin W.
