EDWARDS, trustee, for Willis BRADSHAW Deed of Trust [margin note] Exam'd D. of T___ recorded Jany 18 1884 This Deed made this 30.th day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight (1878) between Thomas J. LOWE, Sarah Catherine LOWE his wife, of the one part, and Robert M. EDWARDS, Trustee, of the second other part, witnesseth that the said Thomas J. LOWE, and the said Sarah Catherine, his wife [page break] [p.] 352 do grant, unto the said Robert M. EDWARDS, Trustee, the following tract of land, to wit: the tract on which the said Thomas J. LOWE now resides containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, bounded by the lands of Willis BRADSHAW, R.M. EDWARDS, estate of Mordecai BRADSHAW, and others. In trust, to secure a bond of two hundred and sixty dollars and seventy five cents, due Willis BRADSHAW with interest from this date and payable two years after date. In event that default be made in the payment of the above mentioned bond, then the trustee on being required to do so, by Willis BRADSHAW or his legal representative, after giving twenty days notice proceed to sell the property hereby conveyed on the premises for cash first pay all charges attending the sale, then the above mentioned bond and interest, the ballance [extra "l" underlined], if any, pay over to the said Thomas J. LOWE or his legal representative, the said Thomas J. LOWE covenants to pay all taxes, assessments, dues and charges, upon the property hereby conveyed so long as he or his heirs or assigns shall hold the same. LOWE whose names are signed to the writing above bearing date March 30.th 1878, personally appeared before us in our County aforesaid, and being examined by us privily and apart from her husband, and having the writing aforesaid fully explained to her, she, the said Sarah C.
