JOHNSON Deed of Bargain & Sale [margin notes] Exam'd Delivered to G.G. JOHNSON Oct 15. 1894 This Deed made this 19th day of December in the year 1893, between Richard MUNFORD and Fannie E. MUNFORD of the one part & George G. JOHNSON of the second part: Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of Sixty-five dollars ($65.00) cash in hand paid the said Richard MUNFORD and Fannie E. MUNFORD doth sell and grant unto the said George G. JOHNSON one sorrel blaze face mare & all of our corn & peanut crops that we cultivate in the year 1894, Also one buggy & harness, one cart & wheels; The consideration of the above obligation is as follows: The said Richard MUNFORD and Fannie E. MUNFORD agrres to pay the above named amount: Sixty-five (65.00) dollars with six per cent interest from date until paid & the same is to be paid on or before December 1st. 1894 and in case the said Richard MUNFORD, Fannie E. MUNFORD fails to pay this amount on the above date that he is to deliver said named property over to said George G.
