Southampton DB 10:480 Thomas Fiers and Temperance his wife, of 
Southampton Co VA to William Vick of Sıon. 31 acres. £41.17 current 
money of Virginia. D. 20 May 1805. R. 21 May 1805. Signed: Thomas 
Fiers (X) Temperance Fiers (X) Wit: Silas J. Vick; James Sanford; 
Edmund Bishop.
Beginning at a pine (something) tree between said land and Tabitha 
Vick land
Along line of marked trees north 32 degrees East 111 (?) poles to 
white oak near the edge of the low grounds of Nottoway River joining 
the aforesaid William Vickıs land
Down the various courses of the (something?) of Nottoway River to a 
pine (something something) between the (orphans?) of John Rochelle and 
aforesaid Wm Vickıs land
Along the of aforesaid orphans North 85 degree west 81 (31?) 1/2 poles 
to the beginning, it being part of the tract Shadrack Vick decıd 
seized and possessed with being father to the said Fireıs (sic) wife.
