We do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that Mary Windham, widow of 
Benj. Wiinham who was a private in Danby's Legion  and died in the service of 
the Commonwealth is entitled to the sum of ten pounds yearly to commence from 
the first day of January 1788.  Given under my hand as Governor of the 
Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, 1786 this 28th day of April 1788.
