FROM WASHINGTON. 
Special Correspondence of the Alexa. Gazette. 
Washington, D. C., Nov. 18, 1879. 

A postoffice was established to day at Clinch River, Scott Co., Va., 
with W.J. Davis as postmaster, and one at Princes', Southampton Co., 
with Roswell S. Majett as postmaster.
